The hotel was a great place for enjoying a fairly nice area, just next door to SAP center, restaurants, and a Whole Foods, and lively downtown. The room with jacuzzi. The restaurant was not too far from the venue.

Very elegant building and recently refurbished rooms with a refrigerator. Satisfactory and rather basic selection for breakfast with several hot dishes to choose from and pork meat and free WiFi. Particularly good location in very nice area, adjacent to restaurants and downtown as well as supermarket and airport.

Our lovely and beautiful room was complete with a jacuzzi, microwave, as example. The location was awesome convenient in getting to the airport and the staff here was lovely and great.

friendly staff made us feel like at home and breakfeast was delicioso defenitly i would stay again thier worth my tri p all the way from corona, california 6hour trip and enjoy the city and friendly people.

very close to everything like the Pavillion, restaurants, downtown. Nice walking area. And full breakfast included.
Airconditioning is not working otherwise can't complain of anything else.

It's convenience to the arena!!! It's nice and comfortable and its close to my destination : ))) Great price and there is a full breakfast in the morning.

the spa was wonderful and the staff was very accomdiating we were not able to get out of the room by 1100 and they gave us a little more time thanks for that

Although smoking room (suite) had been booked it has not been available at arrival. Downgrade to regular (smoking) room needed long discussion with reception staff and manager.

The location!
This hotel was so gross and dirty. The box spring had a blood stain the size of soccor ball and there were burn holes on bathtub and toilet seat.
